GETTING THE FIT RIGHT

Measured,
not guessed.

Loosen both straps fully before fitting, then take up the chest and girth straps until two fingers slide flat underneath.

Measure chest girth just behind the front legs and neck at its base. Back length runs along his back, from the base of the neck to just behind the front legs, where the chest strap sits.

Size	Chest girth	Neck	Back length
S	49–71cm	38–64cm	25–30cm
M	58–90cm	46–81cm	26–32cm
L	68–108cm	55–98cm	30–39cm

IS IT FOR YOU?

Straight answer, both ways.

We'd rather you skipped this one than returned it.

Yes, if…

✓ Your dog pulls and the lead is tight for the whole walk
✓ You've been told to try a front-clip harness for training
✓ You have a medium to large dog that leans hard into a collar

Probably not, if…

→ Your dog already walks beside you — a collar is the right tool
→ Your dog is smaller than the medium-to-large range this harness is built for

ASK AWAY

Questions we actually get.

Will this stop my dog pulling?

+

No harness stops pulling on its own — it makes pulling safer and easier to manage by moving the leverage to the chest instead of the throat. Stopping the pulling itself is training.

Where does the lead clip on?

+

To the front ring, centred on the chest. That's what makes it anti-pull — clipping to a back ring turns it into a standard harness.

Which is better, the harness or a collar?

+

For a dog that pulls, the harness. A collar puts all the force on the throat; this spreads it across the chest and shoulders.

What's it made from?

+

Structured polyester, built to hold its shape so the front ring stays centred.

What size do I need?

+

It's built for medium to large dogs — three sizes, S to L. Check the chest and neck measurements against our size chart.

Can I machine wash it?

+

No. Wipe it down and air dry — that's what keeps the chest panel structured.

How much is delivery?

+

Free on UK orders over £20. Under that, it's £3.99 flat.

How quickly does it ship?

+

It arrives in 5–12 working days, tracked from dispatch. You get the tracking number by email.

What if the size is wrong?

+

Send it back within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging, and we refund you.

Who pays return postage?

+

You do for a change of mind. We do if the item arrived faulty.

How do I claim on the guarantee?

+

Email a photo and your order number. We confirm within 24–96 hours and ship a free replacement.
