Getting the size right

Measured, not guessed.

1

Measure the dog

Nose to base of tail, lying stretched out. Not the room.

2

Add 15-20 cm

That's the curl allowance.

3

Cross-check the weight

S up to 10 kg, M up to 20 kg, L up to 35 kg.

4

When in doubt, go up

A dog that can't fully curl will use the floor instead.

Not sure?

How much does your dog weigh?

How it's made

Round, because dogs are.

Dogs curl. It's how they sleep and it's why a round bed gets used and a rectangular one gets used as a corner. The bean-bag construction lets the fill move with the dog as it settles and then stay where it's pushed — which is what makes the rim still a rim in month six.

The profile is deliberately low. A dog bed is furniture you didn't choose to buy, and it's going to sit in your living room for years. This one sits low against a sofa or a wall rather than announcing itself.

Is it for you?

Straight answer, both ways.

We'd rather you skipped this one than returned it.

Yes, if…

  • Your last bed went flat and your dog quietly stopped using it
  • Your dog sleeps curled rather than stretched out
  • The bed has to live in a room you actually care about

Probably not, if…

  • Your dog sleeps flat out and long — a round bed will feel small
  • You're after a raised or orthopaedic bed; this is neither
Why beds go flat

Six weeks, then it's a mat.

Nearly every dog bed is fine when it arrives. The fill is lofted, the rim stands up, the dog sinks in. Then daily use compresses it — a dog turns three times before it lies down, every single time — and by week six the rim has folded outwards and the base is flat enough that your dog is effectively sleeping on the floor.

You notice because the dog stops using it. That's the tell.

THE LONG RUN

What five years actually looks like .

Every piece is built to last five years of daily use. Here's what that actually means.

Week 1

It arrives and it fits

If the size is wrong, send it back inside 30 days. Unused and in its packaging, no questions asked.

Month 6

The point most kit gives up

Six weeks to six months is where cheap hardware greys, stitching frays and fill goes flat. If any of that happens here, it's a defect and it's covered.

Year 2

It looks used, not worn out

Both pieces age at the same rate, which is the point of buying them together.

Year 5

Still covered

The guarantee runs the full five years against manufacturing defects. Email a photo and your order number and a replacement ships free.

ASK AWAY

Questions we actually get

How do I know which size?

+
Measure your dog lying stretched out, nose to base of tail, and add 15–20cm for the curl. Then check the weight: S up to 10kg, M up to 20kg, L up to 35kg. If you're between two, take the larger.

Will it flatten like every other bed?

+
That's the failure this one is built against — the bean-bag construction lets the fill redistribute and stay where it's pushed rather than compacting into a mat. It's covered by the five-year guarantee.

Will my dog actually use it?

+
Round beds get used far more reliably than rectangular ones, because dogs sleep curled. The other half of it is size — a dog that can't fully curl in a bed will pick the floor.

Does it work for two dogs?

+
The L at 70cm suits one dog up to 35kg, or two small dogs that already sleep together. Two dogs that don't share want two beds.

What about the Form Blanket?

+
It's sized to layer over the Rest Den, and it's the piece that takes the daily wear. Wash the blanket, and the bed underneath stays clean far longer.

Can I machine wash it?

+
No. Rinse and air dry.

How much is delivery?

+
Free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.

How quickly does it ship?

+
Dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order.

What if the size is wrong?

+
Send it back within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging, and we refund you.

Who pays return postage?

+
You do for a change of mind. We do if the item arrived faulty.

How do I claim on the guarantee?

+
Email a photo and your order number. We confirm within two working days and ship a free replacement.
IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Three words that actually mean something .

Every brand writes these on a label. Here is what they do.

Bean-bag construction

Loose fill inside a shaped shell. It moves as the dog settles, then stays where it was pushed.

Rim

The raised edge a dog rests its head on. It is the first thing to fold outwards on a cheap bed.

Low profile

Sits low against a sofa or a wall rather than announcing itself in the middle of a room.

GET IT WRONG

The three things people do anyway .

Not a warranty clause. Just what the return emails keep saying.

1
Buying by the room rather than the dog. Measure nose to tail and add 15–20 cm.
2
Sizing down because the larger one looks big. A dog that cannot curl picks the floor.
3
Putting it back into use before a spot-clean has dried out.
Looking after it

What to do, and when.

After each use

Vacuum or brush the surface regularly.

Every week or so

Spot-clean marks with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then air dry fully before use.

Every few months

Check the wear points. Material that is softening is normal. Material that is fraying, splitting or lifting is not — that is a defect, and it is covered.

Any time in five years

If it fails under normal use, email a photo and your order number. We confirm within two working days and a replacement ships free.
