Run a soft tape around the base of the neck, where the collar will actually sit. Not the head, not the shoulders.

Add two fingers

Slide two fingers flat underneath to get the fitted measurement.

Take the mid-range size

Every size adjusts. Landing in the middle of the range leaves room in both directions.

Will the gold hardware wear off?

No. It's brushed gold, not sprayed plating over a base metal, so it wears evenly rather than flaking back to grey. If the finish fails within five years, the guarantee covers it.

Is velvet practical for a dog collar?

The velvet is the outer surface, not the structure. A nylon core underneath carries the load, so the velvet only ever has to sit against the coat. It handles rain and mud fine — wipe it down and let it dry flat.

Does it come with a lead?

No, this is the collar on its own. The matching Form Lead is £21.99, or the Collar & Lead Set is £33.99 — £5.99 less than buying the two separately.

My dog is between sizes. Which do I take?

Take the larger one. Every size adjusts across its full range, and starting in the middle of a larger size leaves room in both directions.

Can I attach an ID tag?

Yes. The D-ring takes a lead and a tag together without sagging.

What does the five-year guarantee actually cover?

Manufacturing defects under normal use — stitching, buckle, D-ring, plating. Not chewing damage or loss. Email us with a photo and your order number and we replace it.

How much is delivery?

How long does it take to arrive?
