Shipping policy
Where we deliver — We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Processing and delivery time — Orders are typically processed within a few business days. In line with UK consumer protection law, delivery always follows within 30 days of your order being placed — in practice, most orders arrive well within that window, though exact timing can vary.
Tracking — Where available, we'll send tracking information by email once your order ships.
Delayed or missing parcels — If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@fell.pet with your order number.
International orders — We're focused on the UK for now. If you'd like to order from outside the UK, email support@fell.pet.
