These Terms of Service govern your use of fell.pet (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About FELL — FELL is an online retailer of dog accessories, trading as FELL. For any questions, contact us at support@fell.pet.

3. Products and Pricing — All products are subject to availability. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices and product details at any time without notice, though this won't affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders and Payment — When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll send you an order confirmation by email, but this doesn't guarantee acceptance — we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error), in which case we'll notify you and refund any payment taken. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

7. Intellectual Property — All content on the Site — including the FELL name, logo, product designs, photography, and text — belongs to FELL or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability — We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing Law — These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you're entitled to under the law of your country of residence.
