Drape it over the back, then fasten the chest strap flat under the chin. Pull the hood forward and cinch the drawstring.

How do I measure my dog for size?

Measure the back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, the chest just behind the front legs, and loosely around the neck. Check all three against the size guide — between two sizes, take the larger.

Is it actually waterproof, or just water-resistant?

Waterproof — the PU shell sheds rain rather than soaking through, and the cape cut means water runs off the sides instead of pooling on the back.

Will the reflective trim actually show up at night?

Yes — it's a reflective strip down both sides, not a light-coloured print, so it catches headlights and torchlight on evening walks.

Can I machine wash it?

No — wipe it clean with a damp cloth and hang it to dry. A hot wash or a tumble dryer can crack the waterproof coating.

Does it fit over a harness?

Yes — the cape cut sits loose over the back, and the chest strap fastens above where most harnesses buckle.

What does the five-year guarantee actually cover?

Manufacturing defects under normal use — seams, straps, the hood drawstring and hardware. Not chewing damage or wear from being dragged through a bramble hedge.
