IS IT FOR YOU?

Straight answer, both ways.

We'd rather you skipped this one than returned it.

Yes, if…

  • ✓ Your dog genuinely enjoys tug-of-war and pulling games
  • ✓ You want something for drag and fetch as well as tug
  • ✓ You've had lighter toys come apart at the seams

Probably not, if…

  • → Your dog is a nervous or very gentle chewer
  • → You're after a squeaky toy or a plush comfort toy
HOW TO USE IT

Getting the most out of it

FELL Dog Drag Toy Dog Jute Bite Pillow Durable Training Equipment - Orange
1

Offer both ends

Let your dog get a firm grip before you start the tug — a snatched grab is how fingers get nipped.

Form Bite Pillow in Black
2

Pull steadily, not sharply

Keep the tug side to side and controlled, not jerked up and down.

Form Bite Pillow in Green
3

Add a drag or a throw

Same toy works for fetch and drag games between tug sessions.

Form Bite Pillow in Yellow
4

Wipe it down after

Ten seconds with a damp cloth keeps it clean between sessions.

ASK AWAY

Questions we actually get.

Is it safe for aggressive chewers?

+
It's built for tug and drag games rather than being left alone with a determined chewer. Always supervise play, as with any dog toy.

What's it actually filled with?

+
Silk wool, wrapped inside thickened, bite-resistant cloth — no loose stuffing that clumps or leaks out.

Does it float?

+
It's built for tug, drag and fetch on land — it isn't designed as a water toy.

Which colour should I pick?

+
Whatever's easiest to spot in your garden or local park — all seven are the same toy underneath.

Can I wash it?

+
Wipe it down with a damp cloth rather than machine washing — that keeps the wound construction intact.

Does the guarantee cover chewing?

+
It covers manufacturing defects under normal tug play — seams opening, fill coming loose. Damage from being left alone with a determined chewer isn't covered.

How much is delivery?

+
Free on UK orders over £20, £3.99 below that.

How long does it take to arrive?

+
5–12 working days, tracked from dispatch. You get the tracking number by email.

What if it's not what I expected?

+
Send it back within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging, and we refund you.

Who pays return postage?

+
You do for a change of mind. We do if the item arrived faulty.

How do I claim on the guarantee?

+
Email a photo and your order number to support@fell.pet. We confirm within 24–96 hours and ship a free replacement.

BUILD THE KIT

Stock the toy box. Tick what goes with it.

The pillow's already in. Add something to throw, something to chew, treats for the good bits, and it all goes in the cart together.
